MAJOR LEAGUES[edit | edit source]

Verizon Cup[edit | edit source]

The NOVAR Verizon Cup Series is the most elite divison of NOVAR competeion. Formed in 1963. It was refered as NOVAR Grand Cup Series until 1974. Wrangler signed for a 24 year contract. Alltel then signed for a 9 year contract. Then Verizon signed after it was merged with Alltel in 2009. Shane Clarke I and II have won the most championships with 8.Shane Nargon is the defending champion.

Gatorade Series[edit | edit source]

This series is a devolpmental series for the NOVAR VCS drivers. Formed in 1980.

Gamestop Trucks Series[edit | edit source]

Devolpmental Series for GS and VCS, on trucks bodies. Formed in 1990.

REGIONAL[edit | edit source]

Kelloggs Series[edit | edit source]

League that uses stock cars and races all around the country. Formed in 1998 as East and West, was eventually split into 4 divisions in 2012.

Razor Aero Series[edit | edit source]

A series that used old NOVAR Cup cars. Formed in 1987. During its run it was NOVAR most popular series however closed to funding in 2010, but came back in popular demand in 2015.

Freightliner All-American[edit | edit source]

Uses late bodies around the toughest short tracks. Formed in 2000

Lowes Modified Tour[edit | edit source]

The only open wheel divison that NOVAR has.

Gillette Dirt Series[edit | edit source]

Drivers race around dirt tracks. First season was 2012.

WORLD TOUR LEAGUES[edit | edit source]

AeroMexico Mexican Series[edit | edit source]

Late model series that has races in mexico. Formed in 1996. Closed in 2008. Revived in 2015.

Pizza Pizza Canadian[edit | edit source]

A All-Canadian racing series formed in 1996 It also closed in 2008, but was revived in 2015.

DHL European Tour[edit | edit source]

A European/Asian racing tour, that will be NOVAR's first European racing league, debuts in 2015.
